Hi Helen, I would recommend reviewing reports from various market data providers to determine the level of contribution they have to the industry in which you which to benchmark. Ideally you will want to opt for the richest data and with consideration to your peer group (turnover etc). As for the methodology you should consider what is the best approach for the business considering resource and funding and any impacts in changing your existing approach to an other e.g. points based (such as Hay) to job matching etc. If you would like to discuss further, please feel free to reach out to me.
We have just moved over from Willis Towers Watson to Korn Ferry Hay. The reason for the move is that the components/profile that make up the grade are much more varied and allow for a more accurate grade.
