Hi Looking for recommendations on a global provider of a discount/reward and recognition platform. Currently reviewing Perkbox and Reward Gateway but keen to hear of others you would recommend. Thanks

The best recognition platforms typically aren't the best discount/reward/benefit platforms.
so for Recognition platforms I would look at Workhuman and Achievers. For Reward/Benefit platforms I would look at all those others have described. For Discount platforms we've gone through and BenefitHub wins everytime (for me).
For discounts BenefitHub covers more locations than most and popular retailers too - rather than just Nike store. Can be included with Spectrum Life EAP coverage if you are reviewing that too.
I've used Reward Gateway in two companies and was gifted legacy Perkbox benefits in two others. By far, RG is the better product. In the two companies we've had it (both 2,500+ EEs), the usage and engagement has been really high. They're definitely lacking on marketing materials but we don't find it hard to pick out a few of the discounts to highlight each month in a newsletter and we always get great feedback. Would definitely recommend RG over Perkbox any day - no comparison.

I've used RG, and they were great at getting us to sign-up with them, sent us all the fancy stuff and then we really struggled to get the support from them to market the product to our employees once we went live.
It was expensive and underutilized, but could be expensive and a fantastic ROI but you need to put the time in to market it yourself
