We are getting increasingly more requests to support with neurodiversity diagnostic assessments as the NHS waiting list is so long, Our PMI does this but that isn't for all. Our OH uses a third party and can do this but the costs are huge,. Does anyone have any suggestions or alternatives? Thanks
Just had conversations with Melios (https://melios.org.uk/) - looking into whether the costs for the assessment would be covered under our HCP as a way of supporting this implementation, no further than that at this stage.

When I was looking into this I came across To Health who seem to be in the wellbeing/neurodiversity space. We didn't take this any further at the time but definitely worth a chat with them.
