Further to the recent change in the maximum limit from lei20 to lei30 on meal vouchers in Romania, I'm looking to gauge how many companies have taken action to increase the amount they offer to employees for this (or intend to increase in the future).

We increased ours in September. For our population, it's a relatively inexpensive benefit, it has a high perceived value, and is a tax efficient way of supporting folks during with the rising cost of living, as well as supporting our return to office policy.
