We are testing / assessing the use of CoPilot to assess JDs and give us stream / level recommendation + allocation of job family & subfamily, as well as commentary on the JD itself. Its a fascinating project with some really interesting - but early - initial insights.
I was wondering if anyone else is doing this type of thing, and would be happy to share experiences / challenges / successes and missteps?

I've also started dabbling with the same. I've had some interesting debates with Co Pilot on our differences so far! I think the more roles we feed into it the more it will learn, but i've only done with a handful of roles so far.
I;ve managed to get it to pull out a grade, a Job Family (or i include one) and then it also pulls back the salary range and benefits into a report, albeit inconsistently!
