we currently pay differently to our fire marshalls and first aiders and are hoping to review. We are thinking about £10 per month for each, and wonder if anyone has a minimum expectations of time on site/in the office to be eligible for a payment?
Yes we pay £12.50 a month each for FM, 1st Aid and MHFA's.

Hi Zoe, Yes, we have an allowance for First Aiders, Fire Marshalls and Mental Health First Aiders, who are required to be trained and come into the office periodically to fulfil these duties. We pay an annual one off payment of £120 for each role. There are a couple of people who do two of these roles and come into the office to do this on a very regular basis, who receive £240 per year. Rgds, Andrea
