Remote Working

Hi everyone,

We are evaluating the possibility of moving to a remote-only model in some locations and I'm looking for some insight into what type of support companies are offering to remote workers.

1. Do you offer allowances/stipends or is support offered via reimbursement?

2. Does support differ by country/location?

3. What has been the typical value of the allowance/reimbursement offered - and how have these amounts/limits been determined?

4. Are the allowances/reimbursements bundled (e.g., up to X EUR per year for home-working-related expenses) or itemized (e.g., X EUR/month for phone, Y EUR/month for internet, Z EUR/month for utilities, etc.)?

Thanks for any insights you can share.

Many thanks,

James

Hi James

We're hybrid - we get a laptop and mobile phone if necessary. We're also allowed to claim back on approved WFH equipment i.e.: we have a set monitor, mouse, earphones etc that colleagues can purchase and claim back for. We follow the same principle in all our countries.

Hello James, I am fully remote and besides a lap top and mobile phone I dont receive anything else. However at my previous company, an amount of £500 was allocated for home office set up (excluded office).
trust that helps.
