We are intending to launch Give as you Earn/Charity Giving, we have tried to engage with the Charities Aid Foundation (CAF), but they are very slow to respond and do not seem to be very helpful or proactive. Can anyone recommend an alternative Give as you Earn provider that you have had a good experience with?
We have Payroll Giving and been using them for a number of years now. They send us a monthly comms to use, both digital and poster versions, and are always willing to come on site when we do events to promote it to staff. Very good to deal with and always helpful.

We have Payroll Giving who have been in place a long time.
We use CAF - I wouldn't recommend them personally.

They are excellent and have supported us with many campaigns.
